康蒂尼药业一类新药吡非尼酮胶囊今年3月投产以来已销售1500万元

从北京市食品药品监督管理局获悉，具有自主知识产权的国家一类新药吡非尼酮胶囊自今年3月投产以来，截至11月，共计生产2万瓶，销售收入1500万元，打破了我国“特发性肺纤维化”疾病无药可医的现状。

　　据了解，吡非尼酮胶囊是由北京康蒂尼药业公司研发、生产、具有自主知识产权的国家一类新药。自今年3月正式投产以来，截至11月，共计生产2万瓶，总产值1600万元，销售收入1500万元，使该公司销售总收入同比增长275%，成功实现跨越式发展。据估计，今年年底前将实现销售收入2000至3000万元。

吡非尼酮胶囊于2011年获得国家食品药品监督管理局颁发的新药证书，并于2013年12月获得药品批准文号和生产批件，2014年3月正式生产上市。该药品的产业化有效填补我国治疗“特发性肺纤维化”疾病的空白，其上市打破了此种疾病无药可医的现状。

目前，吡非尼酮胶囊的销售已覆盖国内28个省市自治区，进入近百家临床医疗机构，为数千名特发性肺纤维化患者提供药物治疗，显著减轻了患者病痛，大幅降低治疗费用，并延长生存期。该药还在澳大利亚、新西兰、东南亚地区进行注册申报，吡非尼酮原料药将小批量出口至东南亚地区。

俄罗斯科学家正在测试一种新的“长寿药”，可延缓衰老开始的时间，有望让人活到120岁。

　　据科学家们介绍，线粒体是细胞产生能量的部分，可以引发衰老。他们正在使用一种新型抗氧化剂，以影响线粒体。莫斯科国立大学的研究员马克西姆·斯古拉乔夫(Maxim Skulachev)博士说道，线粒体是导致心脏病发作、阿尔茨海默氏症和帕金森等疾病的元凶。

　　科学家们已经在老鼠、鱼和狗身上身上进行了测验，发现许多老化疾病发展缓慢得多。虽然药物并没有显著增加寿命，但可以延迟老化的发生。“如果事实证明疾病发展的较为缓慢，我们通过线粒体来对抗衰老的想法就是正确的。”

　　斯古拉乔夫以东非地区以长寿闻名且对癌症有显著免疫力的裸鼢鼠为例，证明抗衰老药物是可行的。“我不相信人类能够活到800岁。最有可能的就是当我们能活120岁的时候，一些新的致命疾病也会出现。好比癌症，当古人死亡年龄比我们现在年轻得多的时候，并没有这种疾病。”他告诉《莫斯科共青团报》说，“我们现实的目标是将人类寿命延长到120岁，并且抗衰老药物在技术上也是可能的。”

[size=1.2em]'Most probably, some new disease will emerge, let's say, a typical disease for a 120-year-old.

[size=1.2em]'That was the case with cancer, which was a rare disease when ancient people died much younger.'

[size=1.2em]The Russian tests have not led to an significant life span increase, but delayed the onset of ageing, he said.

[size=1.2em]'If it turns out that diseases develop more slowly, our idea to fight aging through mitochondria is the right one, added Dr Skulachev, who has been working to perfect his treatment for decades.
