Pipet 10 mL of the substrate solution, stand at 37±0.5０ for 10 minutes, add exactly 1 mL of the sample solu-tion, and shake immediately. Separately, pipet 10　mL of water instead of the substrate solution and titrate　<2.50>inthesamemanner(bmL).
